All to many time companies price and install product over inferior product with cheap flimsy insulation board that has no property other than a floating wall straighter.

Often times insects, rot and electrical and plumbing issues are easily missed in most all applications.

We inspect for all the above at the initial proposal and pull permits with city for any re-sheathing we do and re-flash and install a moisture barrier that 99% of folks who have Masonite do not have.
